Community Booking Procedure:
A Booking fee is required to secure The Whimsical Wine Trailer or Chameleon Camper for your community event! Please book at least 45 days prior so we can get all necessary licensing in place. A contract is signed by both parties. This ensures that TWWT is placed in an ideal location, advertised for adequately, and basic fees are covered if the event is unsuccessful in sales. We LOVE small town Iowa & prefer it, actually. But this procedure is in place to safeguard our time, product, & travel costs. We cannot participate in any community event that allows outside alcohol or tolerates the illegal sale of alcohol. Our job is to ensure no minor is served & that no one is overserved, we cannot prevent these scenarios if other alcohol is present at your event. Thanks so much for your understanding!
